Construction of Plastic Tanks

All plastic tanks are visually inspected and pressure and electronically tested.
	Tanks are made of black, UV stabilized polypropylene
	The outside thickness of all tanks is 1/2"
	Each polypropylene tank is equipped with longitudinal and transverse baffles which exceed NFPA Bulletin #1901 requirements.
	The longitudinal and transverse baffles are 3/8" thick
	Each polypropylene tank is equipped with a 12 square inch fill tower with a hinge pin lid and a removable poly screen type strainer.
	The tank serial number is located under the fill tower lid.
	Each polypropylene tank is equipped with one 4" I.D. Sch'd 40 overflow vent pipe, piped from the fill tower to the rear of the tank, recessed at the overflow exit. Overflow extends behind the chassis rear wheel.
	Each polypropylene tank is equipped with one 1 1/2" NPT female coupling for pump to tank fill line, equipped with deflection shield inside the tank. The fill line connection id to be a braid hose type.
	Each polypropylene tank is equipped with one 3" NPT female coupling for tank to pump in front of the tank, piped to the tank floor sump.
	Polypropylene tank mounting will be simple cradle style.
