Custom Skid Construction

	Tanks are made of black, UV stabilized polypropylene
	The outside thickness of all tanks is 1/2"
	Each polypropylene custom skid tank is equipped with longitudinal and transverse baffles which exceed NFPA Bulletin #1901 requirements.
	The longitudinal and transverse baffles are 3/8" thick
	Each polypropylene custom skid tank is equipped with a 10 square inch fill tower with a hinge pin lid and a removable poly screen type strainer. (Alternate sizes available)
	The tank serial number is located under the fill tower lid.
	Each polypropylene custom skid tank is equipped with one 3" I.D. Sch'd 40 overflow vent pipe, piped from the fill tower to the rear of the tank, recessed at the overflow exit.
	Each polypropylene custom skid tank is equipped with one 1 1/2" NPT female coupling for pump to tank fill line, equipped with deflection shield inside the tank. The fill line connection is to be a braided hose type. (Alternate sizes available)
	Each polypropylene custom skid tank is equipped with one 3" NPT female coupling for tank to pump in front of the tank, piped to the tank floor sump. (Alternate sizes available) Sump is equipped with anti-swirl plate.
	Polypropylene custom skid tank mounting will be simple cradle style, strapped, or spring bolted.
