Plastic Tank Repair Warranty Plan Coverage and Benefits

Terms and Conditions

• For major repairs, Dura Poly Industries will work with the insurance company to repair the tank, if practical, at a reasonable fee.
• Partial coverage at 25% labor and materials begins immediately upon enrollment.
• Full coverage for one year (365 days) begins 90 days after enrollment.
• Determination of pre-existing problems is at the sole discretion of Dura Poly Industries.
• The waiting period will be waived when a service plan is purchased with a new tank from Dura Poly Industries.
• The service plan does not cover refurbishing tanks. Cost of refurbishing a tank depends on the size of the tank.
• Dura Poly Industries will travel to the address on the service plan.
• If the tank cannot be repaired on site, the customer must pay for shipping the tank to Dura Poly Industries.
• The tank must be completely accessible. Hoses, hose bed, and other obstructions must be removed.
• Additional tanks can be purchased at a discounted price.
• This plan covers both repairs and replacement for polypropylene tanks.
• This plan covers the replacement of metal or fiberglass tanks only with a Dura Poly Industries polypropylene tank.
• Repair of metal or fiberglass tanks is not covered by this plan.
• This service plan does NOT cover other equipment repairs.
• Typographical errors are subject to correction.
• Prices are subject to change prior to agreement.
• This plan does not cover flanges, fittings, assemblies, or other equipment that are mounted to the tank.
• Determination of whether or not a tank can be repaired is at the sole discretion of Dura Poly Industries.
• The customer is responsible for installation of new tanks.
