Plastic Tank Warranty Statement

Dura Poly warrants 100% from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service after delivery of the tank to the original owner of the apparatus.

Dura Poly warrants the labor expenses on valid warranty claims. If a valid warranty claim appears, the customer is responsible for removal-reassembly and care of all items above hose bed floor.

Upon request by Dura Poly, the customer should make the tank available for inspection. If after inspection a valid warranty appears, Dura Poly, at it's option may have authorized plant personnel or authorized third party complete warranty service. If a third party is consulted without authorization the warranty is automatically nullified.

This warranty does not apply to cases where the tank subjected to misuse, incorrect mounting and/or plumbing connection procedures, and when in the sole judgment of Dura Poly said misuse affects the stability and structural integrity or purpose for which the tank is manufactured.
